The whole school on one screen. Every morning opens on live tiles for fees, attendance, staff and admission leads, pulled from each module rather than typed into a report.

Admission and student profiles with a full timeline, categories, disable reasons, bulk import, ID cards, transfer certificates and alumni. A public online admission form goes to admin review and then enrolment.

Fee types, groups, masters, discounts, reminders and carry-forward, with offline payments, online payment gateways, and balance and finance reports. Income and expense run under heads you define, with entries, search and reports.

Student attendance by class or by subject, staff attendance, leave requests and approval, and attendance reports. Pick a class, section and date, set everyone present in one tap, then change the few who are not.

With the QR add-on, students and staff mark attendance by scanning their ID card, and the same record feeds the register and the parent app.

Classes, sections, subjects, class and teacher timetables, lesson plans, syllabus status, homework and class-teacher assignment. Exams cover groups, schedules, marks entry, grades, marksheets, admit cards and result reports, with an online question bank and tests for students.

Study material, assignments and syllabus uploads are shared with students through the download center. Library, inventory, transport with routes, vehicles and pickup points, and hostel allocation sit in the same system.

A staff directory with roles and permissions, departments and designations, payroll, leave types and requests, staff ID cards and teacher ratings. The front office logs enquiries, visitors, calls, postal dispatch and complaints.

A notice board, email and SMS, notifications and in-app chat reach multiple classes at once.

Students and parents have their own login, and staff and admins have another, with a role-based permission system. Students and parents see marks, fees, homework, notices and the timetable. Parents get same-day updates and can pay fees by UPI from the notification.

The school’s public website (pages, menus, banners, events, gallery and news) is managed in the same system, with seven selectable themes.

Pre-installed and active: CBSE examination, online course, behaviour records, QR code attendance, two-factor authentication, multi branch, Google Meet live classes, Zoom live classes, WhatsApp messaging, quick fees create and thermal print.

A super admin can manage any number of schools or branches. The system layer adds 78 language packs, backup and restore, audit and user logs, custom fields, currency, and SMS, email and payment settings.

PHP 8 and CodeIgniter 3.1.13 on MySQL 8 or MariaDB, in an MVC structure of about 186 models with controllers for admin, student, parent and each add-on. The interface uses AdminLTE, Bootstrap 3.3.5 and jQuery with a custom SchoolOS design layer. It runs on Apache with mod_rewrite, with Docker for development.
